Terms of Service

Naalvar Kitchen is a cloud kitchen at 37-39, Mariamman Kovil St, Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641004. We cook for delivery and pickup. There is no dining hall and no table service. You cannot walk in to sit and eat.

We are open 11:30 AM to 3:00 AM, open all days. Last order depends on how busy the kitchen is that night.

The website shows what we cook. It does not take payment. You order on WhatsApp or by phone. Food orders: +91 97898 61829. Catering: +91 95977 61829. Other questions: +91 97911 61829.

A message or call is a request until we reply to confirm the items, quantity, delivery or pickup, timing, and price. Until that reply, we have not accepted the order. Stock and kitchen load can change what we can cook that day.

You need to send a working phone number and, for delivery, a clear address with a landmark or gate instruction. We may refuse or cancel if we cannot cook the order safely or reach you.

Menu pages do not list prices. The price that applies is the one we send you when we accept the order or catering quote. We will also say how to pay: usually cash or UPI, or another method we agree on that chat or call.

Swiggy and Zomato are not taking orders through this site yet. When they do, those apps' prices and rules will apply to orders placed there.

Delivery covers Coimbatore areas listed on the Contact page. If your area is not listed, ask anyway. We will tell you if we can come that day. Times we give are estimates. Traffic, rain, and other orders can slow a run.

You must be reachable on the number you gave. If we arrive and cannot reach you, we may treat the order as delivered. We are not responsible for a closed gate, a wrong pin, or a phone that is off.

Pickup is from the kitchen at the time we confirm. We are not a restaurant, so wait a moment if a batch is still on the fire. Collect within the window we share. Food left too long will not taste as it should.

Party buckets and event menus are planned for your date and guest count. A WhatsApp quote is not a booking until we confirm the menu, numbers, time, place, and price in writing (WhatsApp counts).

Changes close to the event may not be possible once shopping or prep has started. Any extra cancellation terms will sit on that quote.

This is one kitchen. We cook vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, including biryani with ghee and dairy sides such as raita, plus spices, and dishes that may involve gluten, eggs, or nuts. Tell us about an allergy before we start cooking. We take care, but we cannot promise a fully allergen-free surface or fryer.

Photographs on this site are of food from this kitchen. Plating, garnish, and exact portion can still vary. We may change the menu without updating every page at the same moment.

For a late run, a missing item, or a problem with the food, message us as soon as you can. Our Refund & Cancellation page explains what we can do. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, platform outages, or delays outside our control. For a given order, our responsibility is limited to the value of that order.

Using the site or placing an order means you accept the current version of these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the refund page. We may update them when how we take orders changes.
