Naalvar Kitchen was started in Peelamedu by four close friends with a straightforward goal: make proper wood-fired dum biryani without the compromises of modern fast-food chains.
Rather than spending on high-rent dining rooms, we invested everything into the kitchen itself: heavy handis, seasoned cast iron, wood-fired stoves, and sourcing fresh whole spices and meats daily.
As a cloud kitchen, every dish we prepare is made for takeaway or delivery across Coimbatore. When an order comes through, it is packed straight from the pot into sturdy thermal packaging so it reaches your dining table steaming hot.
