This policy is for people who use naalvarkitchen.com, message us on WhatsApp, call the kitchen, or pick up food from Peelamedu. The site has no customer accounts and no checkout. Ordering happens on WhatsApp or by phone.
What we collect
When you message WhatsApp, we see the number you use, your WhatsApp name, and whatever you type. That usually includes the dishes you want, how many, delivery or pickup, an address and landmark, an event date and guest count for catering, and any notes about spice, packing, or allergies.
Food orders typically come in on +91 97898 61829. Catering quotes typically come in on +91 95977 61829. Other questions typically come in on +91 97911 61829. You can use any of the three numbers if you need to.
When you call, we see the caller ID and write down what we need to complete the request. If you email orders@naalvarkitchen.com, we keep that thread for the same reasons.
Visiting the website may leave ordinary host logs such as IP address, browser, and which pages you opened. We do not run ads on this site and we do not sell a marketing list.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm and cook the order, plan catering, reach you about timing, send the food, and keep records we need for accounts and tax. We may also use past order notes so we do not ask you to repeat an address or a usual request.
We do not sell your details. We do not send bulk promotional messages. If that ever changes, we will ask first.
WhatsApp, calls, Maps, and food apps
WhatsApp is owned by Meta. The chat itself is also covered by WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy. The same is true of your phone carrier when you call, and of Google if you open our Maps listing or Instagram @naalvar_kitchen.
Swiggy and Zomato ordering is not live on this site yet. When those links go up, those apps will have their own policies. We will only receive what they send us so we can cook and dispatch the order.
Who else sees an order
A delivery partner only gets what they need to find you: name, phone, and address. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to stop fraud or abuse of the kitchen.
Payment is not taken on this website. Cash, UPI, or another method is agreed when we confirm the order on WhatsApp or the call. We do not store card numbers on the site.
How long we keep it
Chats, call notes, and order records stay with us while they are useful for service and accounts, then we delete or anonymise them where that is practical. Completed orders may need to stay in our books even if you ask us to drop a saved phone number.
Your choices
Message us to correct an address, remove a number we saved, or ask what we hold about a recent order. We will do that unless we still need the record for a completed transaction or a legal requirement.
This site is not aimed at children. A parent or guardian should place any order for a minor.
